>If you don’t know by now, Miss Snark First Victim has a fabulous contest going on in December and it’s all about your logline! She has come critiques going on (I was able to get into the first one) and there’s one more before the contest – but if you don’t get in, don’t worry! This blogfest is for you! We have a great community of writers who are there to help each other – here’s another example to show our support!
Here’s how it works. On your blog site, post your logline for your novel – past, present, future novel – doesn’t matter. Have your entries posted on November 1st. The blogfest will be for three days so that everyone has time to read the entries.
Please try to visit and comment on as many blogs as you can. The more you do, the better the response will be on your entry. If you make any changes to your logline based on the comments – make sure you post a ‘newer’ version as well (so I don’t grab your old one).
There is a prize (imagine that!) I will take the top 10 out of this blogfest and post them here on November 6th. Then a guest judge will choose from those 10 the winner. The judge? Michelle McLean! (I’m a tad bit excited about this!!!) The prize? Michelle will critique of either a query or the first 5-10 pages of a manuscript – what a fantastic opportunity!
So who is Michelle McLean? She’s not only a non-fiction author but also an YA author, represented by Krista Goering of The Krista Goering Literary Agency LLC. She has a great blog and is part of the Operation Awesome blog too!
You MUST sign into the Linky below & be a follower of this blog in order to be eligible for prizes.
So what is a logline again? Check out this post …
